Day 9

Good Afternoon! What? Surprised to see a post during the day? 😄 Today, my off day, I plan to take on the garage! Before and after photos to come! Btw, this morning was rough! The kids woke me up by crying, then were total brats all morning! I even forgot to start my day with Thrive! Almost! About 20 min after being awake, I remembered, ran to my room and took my capsules. THEN, I put mu shake in a cup, put some ice in it, and proceeded to fill my cup with water! WATER!😱 The kids were being such brats that I was on complete auto and made my shake with water. Because why would you put ice in milk?? (More on why there was ice tomorrow) BUT, I can't just throw out my Thrive shake because I put water in it, so, I decided to try it anyway. What do you know! It was still tasty! I think I might try it again one day actually. So, even if you hate almost/soy/coconut/milk, the Thrive shake tastes great with water too! Now, back to cleaning the garage........ Check it...

Day 8

Image
What can I tell you that I haven't already? Today was another great day! I got up, I Thrived, and I actually cleaned my kitchen in an hour! Top to bottom! I feel great during the day when I Thrive.  During the night, I sleep like normal.  By Thriving in the morning when I wake up, I have energy all day, and I sleep at night. Actually, I sleep better at night because I've been busy during the day and my body is ready for rest. Perfect combo!  If you question my logic, think of it this way: What do you do to a child when you want them to sleep at night? You tire them out during the day! My choice to tire them out? Let them run around the park for a few hours. Come home, eat, bathe, watch tv, sleep! Actually, watch TV and sleep could be combined as thats when they fall asleep because their body is tired after so much activity. While you may not be running around the park for a few hours, Thrive gives you the energy to get up and do things if tha...

DAY 7

Image
It has been 1 week full of Thrive! I have been amazed that the energy was always there and there have been no side effects, energy crashes, and overall, I feel great! I love Thrive! My next 3 days, I have off! I will get plenty of sleep and tell you of the amazing effects of Thrive during a time when i would drink coffee instead. Seriously, I do not get any extra endorsements for telling you how much I love Thrive. I know plenty of mothers out there who are exhausted with their kid(s) whether they are SAHMs or Working Moms. (Mother's Day is nearly here! Add this to her gift! The gift of energy and health)  I know WAY TOO MANY fathers out there who work as much as they are allowed to make ends meet for their family. (Father's Day is just around the corner as well! Don't forget to hint about this/get some for yourself! You deserve the abundant energy!) Why not check out Thrive for yourself or for a loved one? There is nothing to loose - unless you're ...

Day 6

Note to self: Sleep! Note to readers: Why did no one remind me to buy milk!?! Note to self: Don't run out of / forget to buy milk. Why all of these notes? Well, I had such a bad night that I got an hour worth of sleep, max. Thrive is not designed to give you energy when you do not help it take care of your body. BUT, it does help tons!! I don't think I could have stayed awake if I didn't take my Thrive this morning! Note to readers: If you are able, get Activate as well as your Thrive!! It can help when you're not getting enough sleep! While I did eventually start nodding off towards the end of my shift, if  I had drank my shake, I probably would have made it to the end of my shift without nodding off! "Whats this?" You say. "You didn't drink your shake?!?!?!?????" No, I did not. I forgot to buy milk yesterday, you forgot to remind me, I brought my blender bottle to work but was running late and couldn't stop by the store... So, I h...

Day 4 / Day 5

Image
Good Evening! First, I need to apologize for not posting yesterday. It was such a hectic day that I just did not have the time! Day 4 My day: 0400 - Thrive Time! Sleepily though, as I am not a morning person! 0530 - Leave for work 1700 - Get home from work 1730 - Drop stuff off at goodwill 1800 - Shower 1820 - Shove everyone in the car to meet new babysitter (YAY!) 1930 - Husband decides he needs to run to the store before going home 2030 - Get home / cook 2230 - Go to bed. Sleep? Not really... it has never come easily to me... Not very many different activities, but each one took a bit of time. Plus, Girls, you know how it is! When your man is home, he wants to be babied. (lol, just kidding!) Actually, on any other day, I never would have gotten that much done without a yawn. While my lack of sleep is making me tired earlier, with Thrive I was able to still come home at 2030 and cook with my husband. Now I'm starting to think "What will I do without Thriv...

Day 3 for Thrive; Day 1 for new job!

Image
What do you do the night before a new job? Sleep? Wrong! You get 2 hours of sleep and Thrive! Seriously, today was orientation. Do you know what they do at orientation? They talk. "They" meaning the HR personnel, the representatives from affiliate companies like credit unions, the Union people, the people helping you to decide your medical insurance right then and there... There is a lot of listening going on. Well, listening and writing. But, if you're falling asleep from no sleep and listening to people drone on and on, you don't pay attention to what you're going to write down. Thankfully for me, I have Thrive! Today I pressed snooze on my alarm for the 8th time and just laid there in bed. Not wanting to fully wake up. Then I realized that I have my capsules to take! Otherwise, I'll forget. I can be forgetful. So, because they're within reach, I took them without needing to get up! Score! Or just laziness... oh well... But, to get the most out ...

Day 2

Image
Good Afternoon! ~Kids are awake, so short post~ Today has been another day of running around, but at least I am able to get a break! I took my Thrive this morning, as promised, and I am so glad I did! As usual, I didn't get much sleep. As usual, I did not want to wake up. Usually, I would've had my second cup of coffee at 14/1500 hours. Today, I had no coffee, it is 1700, and I'm waiting for my child to go to sleep so I can do dishes. I feel fantastic, I don't need a nap, and I am excited about waking up at 0400 to start my new job! Okay, maybe I'm not excited to wake up that early. I'm not a morning person. But I AM excited about trying my Thrive tomorrow! Today I got more stuff done. Today I played with my kids wile wide eyed and bushy tailed. Today I Thrived! Check it out for yourself!   http://Koalakoda.le-vel.com P.S. This is my view when I wake up each morning:
